OICW

Hachiman Arms, a weapon manufacturing division of the Kanawa Corporation, proudly announces the prudoction of a brand new personal weapon in order to fight the High Lords and their minions, Objective Infantry Combat Weapon (OICW).

OICW has two barrels to shot the two types of ammo, 5.56mm standard slug and 20mm HE round. When firing 5.56mm slug, you can choose single shot (damage value 17) or two-round burst (damage value 19). When firing a 20mm HE round, you can deliver damage value of 17 with 2.5/6/20m of blast radius.

The most advanced feature of OICW is that its built-in fire control computer elables a 20mm HE round to detonate at the exact point you want. Think the situation that you are gunfighting with Nile shocktroopers hiding behind a wall. You can shoot a 20mm HE round to pass over the wall and to detonate just behind the wall, beating the troopers in the blast radius.

Kanawa purchased the right to manufacture it from Alliant Technology, the original developer of OICW. Hachiman Arms is now manufacturing it at the full speed to hand it to all who need it as soon as possible. The retail price of OICW will be $10,000.

Omi Wearable Computer Dokodemo

The Omi Electronics's hottest product for mobile computing users. Dokodemo is the first practical wearable computer with 1.5Mbps mobile internet connection. Its revolutional headup display device Data Glasses projects an XVGA equivallent screen overlapping on normal vision. All models come with a internal 1.5Mbps CDMA cellular modem, on which you can access internet and send/receive MPEG4 streams. All models has USB, IEEE-1394, power-line LAN and 1G Ethernet I/F to connect various equipment. Not only Dokodemo is JINI capabile but also it can be a JINI directory/ translation server, so you can easily control all of your home electronics via your Dokodemo.

BIOS Upgrade for SDS4i Kenki Stelae Detection Sensor (v1.03a)

Bugfix : The former version sometimes works incorrect, indicating certain types of ordinary bank ATM as stelae, especially in California and China. This is because the electromagnetic emission from the ATM affects the solid states in SDS4i. The new version of BIOS enables to work correctly in such circumstances.
