When you encounter a stormer, report it with this form. Your report is registered to the database for the purpose of sharing the data among the extranet members.
Usage : Fill in the seven attributes completely, then input the skills. If you change attribute values after you input skills, the skill values don't reflect the change. If there are scholar, science, artist or faith skill, edit the skill-list box to add the specialization, like scholar (realm lore). You can leave some blanks if you have no data (such as Quote), though, you are expected to provide as many data as possible.
